Our staff is dedicated to providing care in multiple languages, including Mandarin, Cantonese, Armenian, Russian, and Tagalog. Let us know if you’d like assistance in your preferred language.

Susan (RDH)
Susan, owner of the practice, is a Chinese dental hygienist with over 15 years of experience and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. She completed her dental hygiene education at an accredited program in Ontario and continues to stay current with the latest techniques, technology, and advancements in the field. Her expanded scope of practice includes prescribing, temp restorative care, orthodontics, local anesthetics, and laser therapy.
Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin, Susan is proud to provide accessible, personalized care to a diverse patient community. She is especially passionate about patient education and helping individuals understand the connection between oral health and overall well-being.
Outside of the clinic, Susan enjoys snowboarding, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and their dog, Hugo. Dedicated to lifelong learning, she is committed to bringing the highest standard of care to her patients and community by understanding why our oral health matters.
Sandy
Sandy graduated from the University of Alberta Dental Hygiene Program in 2015. She makes it her goal to ensure patients feel welcomed and understood in her chair. In her time off, she enjoys cooking, experiencing new cultures when travelling and watching TV. She hopes to continue to expand her travels into Italy, South Korea and Guam sometime in the future. Sandy is fluent in Cantonese.
Kelsie (RDH)
Kelsie joined LYT Oral care in the summer of 2025, bringing nearly two decades of experience in dentistry. She began her career as a Registered dental Assistant in 2006 before pursing dental hygiene in 2009, building a strong foundationg in comprehensive patient care.
After years of full time practice, she become a mom in 2020 and now balances her passion for dental hygiene with part time work, allowing her to spending meaningful time with her daughter.
Kelsie is deeply passionate about research and takes the whole body apporach to oral health. With strong interest in nutrition, oral-facial development, and root cause dentistry, she focuses on not only treating diseae but helping patients prevent it. Her goal is to support long term oral and overall health through education, personalized care, and evidence- based practices.
Ruzanna
Ruzanna joined LYT in 2023, bringing two decades of expertise in the dental industry, specifically in accounts receivable and patient treatment coordination. Her wealth of experience makes her a valuable asset to the team. Originally from Armenia, Ruzanna loves travelling, cooking, and enjoying quality time with her family. And when she is not busy managing the dental world, she’s spoiling her two adorable granddaughters. She is fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English.
Tori ( Admin/Sterilization Tech)
Tori is our youngest member at LYT. She enjoys snow boarding in the winter and wake boarding in the summer. She use to be a competitive gymnast with her twin sister.

Angel (Steri Tech)
Angel is a naturally curious and detailed oriented professional with a passion for continuous learning. She brings both precision and a warm, positive energy to her work, creating an enviroment that feels organized yet welcoming.
Outside the clinic, Angel enjoys exploring her interests, especially with k-culture, and finding joy in lifes simple moments. She values meaningful connections and prioritzes spending quality time with people who matter the most.

To best serve you, our clinic was meticulously designed to create an open and comfortable environment. When you come in, welcoming staff will cater to fulfill any needs and address any questions that you may have.
Safety concerns are always at the forefront of our minds. Stringent guidelines were followed during design to meet our high standards; from the water we use to the areas we created for our strict sterilization processes (visible for your viewing)! Your hygienists have certifications to sterilize equipment and tools ensuring safety and minimizing infections.
You get individualized attention without feeling confined! Your treatment room features natural light from large windows, glass doors to keep our conversations confidential, and television sets on the ceiling for you to enjoy your favourite shows or movies while you’re getting treated. All treatment rooms are separated to prevent any spreading of bacteria.
State-of-the-art technology combined with our ongoing process of updating our skills will ensure your time with us is comfortable, efficient, and as effective as possible.
