We are a relationship-based practice and are always excited to meet new patients
What can I expect?
First thing’s first, we want to get to know you and address any concerns, challenges or questions you have. We will review any relevant medical and dental history. An x-ray will be taken and then a thorough oral examination by your dental hygienist.
Conversations about other health related goals may be discussed such as smoking cessation, diet and your teeth etc. while finally a collaborative treatment plan. You get a say in your treatment!
We are sensitive to your time.
To decrease your waiting time please complete and bring in this fill form along with any dental coverage card as we direct bill most plans! Otherwise, we can’t wait to meet you!
